Failure to provide all required information may result in the inability to process your order.
Contract Formation
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or message. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and Hustlers Originals is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation.
Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. In cases where products are unavailable, we may offer substitute items of equal or higher value. If you choose not to accept the substitutes, any payments made will be refunded.
Refusal to Process an Order
While we strive to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that necessitate refusal. We reserve the right to:
- Remove or modify any product or content on the website at any time.
- Decline to process an order after sending an order confirmation.
We are not liable for any modifications or refusals to process orders once a confirmation has been sent.
Delivery
Subject to product availability and unforeseen circumstances, we aim to deliver your order within the timeframe specified in the shipping confirmation, or within 30 days from the order confirmation date if no specific timeframe is provided.
Delivery is considered complete when you or a designated third party acquires physical possession of the goods, as evidenced by a signed receipt at the delivery address.
Price and Payment
We endeavor to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
Prices are subject to change without notice and exclude delivery charges, which are added at checkout.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery for orders placed outside promotional periods.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on certain items, including caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, and stationery items like stickers.
Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Process: To initiate a return, contact our Customer Experience Team at info@hustlersoriginals.com with relevant details and images if the product is defective. Once confirmed, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 48 hours.
Charges: A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount per order.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Durg, Chhatishgarh.
Invoice and Taxes
An invoice will be provided with your delivered products. All purchases made through the website are subject to applicable taxes as per prevailing laws and regulations.
Gift Card Terms and Conditions
The Hustlers Originals Gift Card can only be used for purchases on www.hustlersoriginals.com.
- Gift Card amounts are non-refundable and cannot be transferred back to the source or to another user account.
- Gift Cards cannot be used at retail stores.
Return Period for Specific Products
Customers are eligible to return certain products, such as Supima products and specific pants, within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
3-Month Guarantee for Up to 50 Washes
Hustlers Originals offers a 3-month guarantee on select products, covering up to 50 washes. This guarantee applies to defects or damages due to manufacturing faults and not from misuse or improper care.
Defects Covered:
- Loose stitching or seams
- Fabric discoloration or fading
- Print or design imperfections
- Uneven dye distribution
- Fabric pilling or fuzzing
- Fabric shrinkage exceeding acceptable limits
- Misaligned or missing embellishments
- Excessive fabric wrinkling or creasing
- Fabric tearing or fraying along edges
- Other noticeable defects impacting appearance or functionality
- Damage from improper washing or care
- Wear and tear from regular use
- Alterations after purchase
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Fabric deterioration due to harsh chemicals or environmental conditions
- Non-compliance with care instructions
- Normal wear and tear over time
Fraud Prevention Measures
Hustlers Originals prioritizes customer security. We reserve the right to refuse returns suspected of being fraudulent or violating our policy terms. All returned products undergo thorough inspection to verify their condition and authenticity. Fraudulent return attempts will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
Hustlers Originals may modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be made in the best interest of our customers.
