Return & Exchange Policy

At Hustlers Originals, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you’re not entirely pleased with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with our return and exchange process.
Return Policy
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for orders placed outside promotional periods.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on certain items, including caps, hats, masks, boxers, shorts, bodysuits, crop tops, tank tops, baby tees, and stationery items like stickers.
Defective Products: If you’ve received a defective item, please email us at info@hustlersoriginals.com with an unboxing video and photos within 24 hours of delivery. Our Customer Experience Team will assist you promptly.
Return Charges and Refunds
Return Fee: A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount per order, regardless of the number of items within that order.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued as credits to your Hustlers Originals Gift Card, sent via email. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD and prepaid orders.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery for orders placed outside promotional periods.
Exchange Fee: A reverse shipment charge of ₹100 applies to COD orders.
Price Difference in Exchanges: If the new item is priced higher than the original, you’ll need to pay the difference upfront via a prepaid method. If the new item is priced lower, the remaining balance will be issued to you as a Gift Card for future purchases.
Limitations: Exchanges are allowed once per item for the same or a different product, size, or color of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid). Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including those listed under non-returnable items.
Return & Exchange Process
1. Initiation: Log in to your account on our website, go to “My Orders,” select the order you wish to return or exchange, and follow the prompts to complete the process.
2. Approval: The process will be initiated only when the Customer Experience Team accepts your request, typically within 48 hours post the request raised from your end.
3. Reverse Pickup: Reverse pickups will be arranged only after confirmation from the Customer Experience Team.
4. Packaging: Please ensure items are packaged as they were delivered to you.
Order Cancellation
Eligibility: Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Process: To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Experience Team at info@hustlersoriginals.com as soon as possible.
Exchange and Refund Conditions
Covered Issues: We exchange or refund items with manufacturing defects, not issues caused by improper use or care.
Guarantee Covers:
- Loose seams or stitching
- Discoloration or fading of fabric
- Uneven dye application
- Excessive pilling or fuzzing
- Misplaced or missing embellishments
- Severe wrinkling or creasing
- Tears or frays along the edges
- Any noticeable defect that impacts the look or function
Not Covered:
- Damage from improper washing or care
- Wear and tear from regular use
- Any alterations after purchase
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Fabric breakdown from harsh chemicals or environment
3-Month Guarantee for up to 50 Washes
Hustlers Originals offers a 3-month guarantee on select products, covering up to 50 washes. This guarantee applies to any defects or damages within this timeframe, entitling you to a replacement product. (3 months from the day of delivery)
